5 Summer Must Haves

Living in a country where there are only 2 seasons , with summer time taking 80% of the year. I guess I can say I am becoming an expert in what is mostly needed during these scorching hot days.

1) Blotting paper:

Whether you have oily skin or dry skin, you will need these babies. These come in handy so much especially during the summer.
The body shop actually has blotting paper with powder so it will help you stay matte .
However, I like normal blotting paper.

2) Anti Frizz:

My hair is very frizz prone. I have been testing products for my frizzy hair for so long now.
I'm currently using two products that actually do deliver :

- Pureology Super Smooth Relaxing Serum:
This is amazing for keeping your blowout put until your next shampoo.
It actually tames my wavy and frizz prone hair !
A major plus with this brand is that it uses zero sulfates in their hair products.

- Firzz- Ease Daily Nourishment Leave-in Conditioner:
I love this leave in conditioner because I have dry hair. This actually
conditions my hair and detangles it. It also helps with the frizz.

3) BB cream/ tinted moisturizers :

This tinted moisturizer gives
 such a pretty dewy look.

In very hot weather I tend to avoid foundations because I feel that they actually melt of my face, which is not a flattering look.
BB creams and tinted moisturizers are an awesome substitute because they are lighter, and contain spf.

4) Tints :
I have talked about benefit's tint's so much on this blog because I love them so much !
They are perfect and last all day. I use them on my cheeks and my lips. They have them in 3 colors perfect for spring and summer.

5) Bronzer :
Bronzers are a must have in summer. They give you the perfect sun kissed look if you use the right shade. I prefer to use a bronzer with a bit of shimmer as opposed to a matte one that I use to contour my face in the summer. I also have been using a matte bronzer with benefit's sun beam , which is a bronzed highlighter. During summer I try to seek out a health summer bronzer glow in the summer.

This bronzer from D&G is perfect but
it was a limited edition.

The Hoola bronzer from benefit is perfect for contouring.

I love to add the sun beam as a highlight in the summer
for that summer glow.

Faceshop Masks Review

   My "me time" in the weekends is so precious. I always seek out different ways I can pamper myself after a tiring week. I feel if I miss out on this time I will be constantly tired. It is important to give yourself a break from life !

  So I tumbled into the Face Shop earlier this week, and bought me heaps of masks !

I'm not new to the Face Shop, I have been loving their asian beauty products for a long time.. 

  I love the face shop masks ,I usually buy the presoaked sheets. I was surprised that they changed them from cloth sheets into gel sheets. I love that they have changed it, because now they adhere better to my face. Additionally the way they cut it out fit the face perfectly. 

  Also they have come up with the 3D masks that come with a serum that you apply before your masks. This was very interesting. These new masks are nice but I haven't used them enough to judge them. However, I have been using the vitamin masks for a long time now. They have a masks with vitamin E , C , and B. I think these masks are great cause the main problem with dull skin is lack of vitamins. Additionally vitamin C and E are famous for perfecting any skin discoloration and protects the skin from the sun. Immediately after using these masks I can feel my skin tighter and moisturized after every mask I use. 

  However, my favorite mask was the feet mask ! Honesty, this is the only mask where you instantly see the results. Your feet get so soft. Even my mom feel in love with these !

  I swear in this shop you can get a masks for anything and everything! Cause believe it or not they have a mask for you hands and fingernails too !! I have tried these too, I like the hand masks, but I love the fingernail makes! I especially like the ones with the milk, because you have to show your nails some loving after removing your nail polish.  I feel that this mask strengthen your nails and hydrated the cuticles in the same time.
A major plus about these masks is that they are very affordable !! Also if you save your receipts and reach about 70$ spent in the shop you can get a membership card which will allow you to get 10% of any of your future purchases! Also if you come by in the month that your born in you get a gift, which is very cute.
