A Makeup's Beginner Starter Kit

If your interest in makeup is new, and you have nothing in your makeup collection this is just for you! Here are some makeup staples perfect to all the newbies to makeup.

1- Makeup Bag:

Any makeup bag or old pencil case will do. This will help you avoid loosing any of your beauty products. Also if anything spills or breaks it won't dirty its surroundings. Believe me , once my bronzer broke in my hand bag and the powder was every where !my bag was damaged for life .

In Addition, a sectioned makeup bag will help you organized your products and make them easier to find.

Tip :You could have to makeup bags, one at home and a smaller one so you can carry it with you in your bag. This will help you find your makeup fast, and if anything spills it won't ruin your bag.

2- A Foundation:

A good long lasting foundation is an ultimate makeup staple . Every girl should own a go to foundation! There are so many different types of foundations that are suitable to different skin types .

Oily Skin : powder foundation is perfect for you.

Dry Skin: Liquid or cream foundation 

Combination Skin: Liquid foundation , and a powder for your oily T-zone .

You should take the time to choose the perfect color that fits your skin tone. You can ask help from the lady on the makeup counter or a friend. Make sure to swatch the foundation on your face and not your hands because usually you face is lighter than your limbs . 

If you have good skin you can just opt for a BB cream or just a concealer. Remember when applying makeup less is more.

3- A Neutral eyeshadow palette :

You can create endless looks with a neutral palette . Also you can never go with a neutral natural look ! 

One of my favorite go to eyeshadow pallet is the new Basics Naked Palette from Urban Decay. It has 5 colors. Most of the colors are matte except the highlighter shade, which is perfect.

You can go for any neutral palettes of your choice. Almost every brand from Chanel to Revlon has a neutral quad. Natural eye looks are easy to create, perfect for beginners. Also you can easily create a day to night look. 

4- A Tint :

Makeup tints are perfect for beginner's kit as they can be used to both cheeks and lips. There are many tints sold out there . My favorite has to be from Benefit and the Face Shop.

The great thing about tints is that they create a natural flush to your face. These tints may add a dewy look, which is on trend. These are so important as the bring life to your face. 

5- Water Proof Pencil eyeliner :

Pencil eyeliners are easy to apply. You can make a natural look, add drama to a smokey look. 

6- A Mascara :

A really good mascara can do wonders to a look. A mascara that give natural looking lashes is the one to look for as a beginner.
